Shipping Methods & Providers
All deliveries are handled by Primal Raw, our in-house courier. We offer:

• Standard delivery to selected regions
• Local pickup available in Johannesburg only

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 14 days of placing your order. This includes:

• 1–6 days for order processing
• 1–8 days for delivery to your area

Deliveries occur once a week to each region on a set delivery day. Please check your local delivery schedule to confirm your delivery day.

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate shipping for Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and Cape Town
• Delivery surcharge applies for outlying areas
• Free shipping is provided for subscription packages

Shipping Areas
We deliver to:

• Gauteng (Johannesburg and Pretoria)
• Durban
• Cape Town

We do not deliver to Northern Cape, Limpopo, Eastern Cape, or Mpumalanga.
