We’ve been buying Primal Raw food for our dogs for about a year and a half now and so impressed with the quality of the food & selection of flavours (although the Cape Town store are often out of stock of some ‘niche’ flavours). Delivery is super fast and the latest record was a delivery within around 6 hours! Primal Raw is also found in some Checkers Pet Science stores making it convenient if I have to quickly get food over a weekend. Great quality, neatly packaged & always a good online experience!

Primal Raw has done wonders for our Saint Bernard puppy. At 8 weeks old he was underweight and refused to eat kibble, and after contacting the primal raw team they advised me on the best original rolls to help get his weight up. He is now 5 months old and weighs 40kgs!!! (88lbs). Not only has he gained weight but we are constantly getting told how beautiful his coat is! Our Pup Bo Definitely recommends the Original Tripe, Original Turkey and Lamb his favourites and we can’t forget the organic venison sausages which make a great high value treat for training days! Firstly, your order comes packaged carefully and each item is sealed in quality plastic which is impressive as it gives peace of mind that nothing is going to leak. The food is nothing short of amazing, my dogs thoroughly enjoy dinner time and there has been a big shift in their health, activity and coat. There is nothing I've ordered that my dogs did not eat or weren't happy with. I will continue ordering from primal and look forward to visiting their HQ with my dog one day. Every bit and piece of Primal Raw gets eaten, nothing goes to waste. The proof is in the pudding. My dogs are healthy and the compliments I get with regards to the built(more muscle mass), and shiny coat is amazing. Cleaning the yard is like the best ever.
